Wednesday, June 10th, 2020 - Lake in the Hills, IL - AFC, provider of high temperature and non-stick manufacturing solutions, is proud to announce the launch of its Customer Success Team (CST). This reorganization is designed to support the success of AFC’s customers and tomorrow’s marketplace.
The CST combines AFC’s Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Service resources. Each region will now be comprised of Outside and Inside Customer Success Representatives, with Subject Matter Experts (Conveyor Belting & Fabrication, Tapes & Fabrics, Food Service, Packaging, and Next Generation Composites) providing support across the globe.
